We ask everyone to follow simple safety steps:
  • Stop, Think, Plan – Before support starts, make sure the space is safe.
  • Infection control – Wash hands, wear masks if needed, and keep things clean.
  • Safe lifting – Use the right tools and help when moving people or things.

Speak up if something's wrong

If something goes wrong – or doesn’t feel right – you can tell us.
  • Incidents – If someone gets hurt or something unsafe happens, report it within 24 hours.
  • Concerns – If you feel worried about anything, tell us. No concern is too small.
